For junior secondary students, they will be encouraged to join the anti-drug reporter training scheme whereas primary school students will be trained to be healthy living ambassadors. High-risk youths will also be provided with art performance training. The frontline workers will also be encouraged to provide preventive education for parents, based on the CD attached to the training kit. 54,100     Caritas-Hong Kong "Drug-free Together" Peer Counselor Scheme To recurit college students and volunteers as Peer Counselors, who will provide support to rehabilitated or occasional substance abusers.
