Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, delivers a welcome speech at the launch ceremony of Path Builders. It is one of the main initiatives recommended by the Task Force on Youth Drug Abuse which is aimed at tackling the drug and youth problems at root by fostering a caring culture for the young people. |
