Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Drug
InfoCentre (DIC) Fun Day 2010 today (July 10), the Acting Commissioner for
Narcotics, Mr David Wong, hopes the public can acquire more anti-drug
information by taking part in the activity. He also urges members of the
community to join together to build a "firewall" against drugs and to help
young people strengthen their determination to say "No" to drugs.
