Activity Brief: Health Ambassador Scheme, planned by the Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, spreaded health related messages to students and parents through talks, exhibitions, interactive shows, adventure activities, etc. The health ambassadors also visited kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools to conduct early health education. In addition, they showed love and care to those underprivileged groups through regular visits. To understand more about psychotropic substance abusers, the health ambassadors also visited them in correctional institutions or residential drug treatment and rehabilitation centres, and then shared their stories with others in schools.
