Breading the Cycle of Disadvantage: City Intensive Training for Youth to employ 1/5 SWO, 1 ASWO, 1 SWA, 1/2 CA for 2 years to organize vocational training, developmental or therapeutic groups and adventure therapy volunteer training courses for youths, and to organize courses on parents' education.

A survey will be conducted to find out student's knowledge on drug abuse. Then tailor-,made activities including production of an anti-drug drama, exhibition, and anti-drug games will be organized to rectify students' wrong perception on drugs.
