To organize a series of activities aiming at improving the youths' adversity quotient, strengthening their family ties and peer network to resist against drugs. The programmes includes the production of a VCD interactive educational package, the establishment of a family network and an adventurer and fitness clubs, peer counselling service, carnivals and other community education programmes.
