Project elements include professional drug counselling training for professionals, clinical supervision service training for social workers, closing ceremony with rehabilitated drug abusers sharing, professional families/individual counselling services, medical support services, counselling sessions, “skills future” vocational training, “digital academy” social media marketing skills training, groups on personal reshaping and cross-disciplinary meetings for drug abusers and rehabilitated drug abusers, family activities for drug abusers, rehabilitated drug abusers and their family members, volunteer services to reach general public, elderly and mentally handicapped persons, and production of short videos for dissemination in social media.

Co-spectrum Healthy Community Project - MSM Support Service

This project aims at strengthening participants’ capability to resist Chem Fun practice among men who have sex with men (MSM) through substance abuse counselling, outreaching activities, therapeutic groups and psychoeducation programs. Project elements include training sessions for professionals working in social welfare, health services and other industries which involve Chem Fun/MSM/HIV/mental health issues, on-site outreach programs, online outreach campaign and psychoeducation programs for MSM, large scale community events for MSM and the general public, Chem Fun immediate first-aid programs, individual substance abuse counselling, therapeutic groups, peer support programs for Chem Fun MSM, substance abuse counselling for family members/partners of Chem Fun MSM, and volunteer training groups and volunteer service for MSM and ex-Chem Fun MSM.

This project aims at identifying and engaging hidden drug abusers through outreaching, counselling and treatment activities. Project elements include online and offline outreaching for high-risk youths and drug abusing individuals, financial management and Meaning-centred approach brief counselling services, the HRB National Drug Library financial behaviour assessment and mental health assessment for high-risk youths, ex-drug abusers and drug abusing individuals, in-depth case work counselling with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for ex-drug abusers and drug abusing individuals, medical assessment and treatment for drug abusing individuals, family supporting services for family members of ex-drug abusers and drug abusing individuals, and Certified Financial Social Worker professional trainings, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy training and advanced supervision for social workers.

Project Truth – Prevention Program for Addressing New Psychoactive Substances

This project aims at strengthening participants’ awareness of harms of emerging psychotropic drugs and their ability to resist emerging psychotropic drugs through preventive education and counselling services. Project elements include experience sharing and professional training for social workers, teachers and other professionals, anti-drug workshops for parents, anti-drug educational talks or exhibition for primary, secondary and tertiary students and the general public, production of anti-drug videos for young people, drug refusal skill training for high-risk youths and ex-drug/drug abusing youths, case counselling and medical assessment/service for ex-drug/drug abusing youths, and community anti-drug education for the general public.

Project Family SYNC - Anti-drug Education and Counselling Program in Strengthening Family Resilience

This project aims at strengthening family resilience against drug abuse among drug-abusing youths and high-risk youths and enhancing the drug-related family protective factors of primary, secondary and tertiary students. Project elements include family resilience anti-drug workshops/talks for parents, carers, general youths, primary, secondary and tertiary students, family resilience anti-drug education youth groups for high-risk and maladjusted/drug-abusing children or youths, family resilience anti-drug education parenting groups for family members of high-risk and maladjusted/drug-abusing youths, positive family experience activities for high-risk families, families or carers of drug abusers, counselling and support services for families or carers of drug abusers, health management and medical support for drug abusers and their family members/carers and family resilience anti-drug counselling trainings for social workers.

CROSS FITNESS – Community Reintegration Project for Young Adulthood Drug Abusers: Transformative Learning through Exercise and Job Training

This project aims at enhancing the physical wellbeing of drug abusers and enabling them to quit drugs or avoid relapse through exercise-based intervention and job training. Project elements include sports training, concentration and relaxation training, physical check-up, CROSS training (XT) session, CROSS competition and production of CROSS training log for drug abusers/ex-drug abusers and/or significant others, CROSS sports day for drug abusers/ex-drug abusers, significant others and general public, outreaching physical check-up and challenge station for drug abusers/ex-drug abusers, high-risk youths and general public, individual counselling session, career counselling service, acceptance and commitment approach relapse prevention group, industry visit, job-related skills training, placement opportunity, financial planning workshop for drug abusers/ex-drug abusers and establishing network for employers.

This project aims at strengthening the ability of drug dependent persons/rehabilitated drug abusers to reduce drug use and maintain abstinence, enhancing their work adaptability and providing support for their families. Project elements include parenting workshops, self-understanding workshops, emotion management workshops, life planning/career counselling and diversified personal growth activities for drug dependent persons/rehabilitated drug abusers, relapse prevention workshops, support groups and aftercare case support services for rehabilitated drug abusers, support workshops for family members of drug dependent persons/rehabilitated drug abusers, and parent-child activity subsidy for families of drug dependent persons/rehabilitated drug abusers with children.

Hospital-Social Multidisciplinary Collaboration Service for Dual-diagnosed Patients (HSMC) 2.0

The project aims at providing multi-disciplinary case management service for substance abusers who need psychiatric inpatient or outpatient services. Project elements include face-to-face interviews and/or teleconsultations in individual or group format for substance abusers, carer support for carers of substance abusers and referral to community network for substance abusers and their carers.

This project aims at re-establishing drug-free lifestyles of drug rehabilitees undergoing treatment in the rehabilitation centre through various sports activities. Project elements include running training courses, mountaineering certificate courses, gymnasium fitness class, dragon boat training and rescue team training for drug rehabilitees.
