A district-based project to disseminate the anti-drug message in Cheung Chau through a series of programme tailored for different target groups, including engagement programme, peer tutor schemes, school-based workshops, educational talks and other publicity functions. Community organizations and schools, etc., will form a Community Action Committee to tackle the problem of drug abuse.

To recruit students as anti-drug ambassadors, who will jointly design a set of resource kit with teachers. Parents will be invited join the anti-drug ambassadors and teachers to visit primary schools, where they will disseminate the anti-drug message through drama, game and sharing.

To set up a mobile exhibition unit for roving display, where the visitors can experience the feeling after taking drug in a simulated environment. Factual information and statistics on drug abuse will also be shown at the last exhibition area to reinforce their understanding.

To produce two TV programme for broadcast. The "Happy Together" is a 5-episode series. Different teams formed under the Parent-Teacher Association will compete against each other. The "Anti-drugs True Man Show" is a 8-episode talk show to promote the anti-drug message in a humorous way.
