A large-scale anti-drug advertisement design competition will be held for students from secondary schools and tertiary institutes as well as members of the public. A workshop on filming skills will also be organised. The winning works will be broadcast through the media.

To provide anti-drug programmes at different level of the community. Intensive counselling service and skill training will be provided for high-risk youths. Those with good performance will be recruited as peer tutors for primary and secondary school students. Mutual support group will be formed for families. Substance Use Prevention Programme for Young Cross-Boundary Substance Users Using an Innovative and Integrated Approach

To disseminate anti-drug message in the border area. A website illustrating the harms of drug abuse will be set up and promotion of which will be done in Lok Ma Chau. Social workers and peer educators will station in the area to provide counselling service to high-risk youths.
