As an international financial centre, Hong Kong is committed to the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. The establishment and operation of a comprehensive and effective anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) regime requires cross-functional co-ordination among Government bureaux and departments, regulators and law enforcement agencies.
