Wellness Weekends

“Wellness Weekends” is organised by the Narcotics Division, bringing families a fun and meaningful way to build positive energy and stand strong against drugs!
Through easy and engaging parent‑child Yoga sessions, families can move, stretch and grow together while strengthening bonds and resilience. The event will take place in Kai Tak, Central and Tsuen Wan, and is perfect for participants of all ages to join in*. Exciting game booths will also be available, helping families learn to distinguish between healthy and harmful choices and reinforce the message of staying drug‑free. Our Anti‑Drug Ambassadors, Agent Don’t and Agent Hope, will make special appearances to cheer everyone on and create a vibrant, joyful atmosphere for an unforgettable family day out!
