“Enlightening Hope – Strengthening Rehabilitation and Aftercare Services Programme” 2.0

This project aims at providing a comprehensive counselling services, vocational training and aftercare services to drug rehabilitees who received services in grantee’s Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre. Project elements include sharing sessions by rehabilitees to secondary and tertiary students, personal career counselling services, counselling services to family members, personal growth training sessions for drug rehabilitees, community volunteer services by drug rehabilitees, interest class, sports training and vocational training for drug rehabilitees, vocational skills certificate training for drug rehabilitees, anti-drug musical shows for general public and production of anti-drug publications with information on the harm of cannabis and newly emerged drugs.
Mindful Break 2.0 - Short Term Treatment Programme

This project aims at providing intensive short-term residential treatment programme to drug abusers and counselling support to their family members. Project elements include online outreaching with posting of anti-drug messages on social media, offline anti-drug activities for general public, initial assessment and follow-up counselling for hidden drug abusers, counselling for family members of drug abusers, volunteer service by rehabilitated drug abusers and short-term residential drug treatment services.

This project aims at helping rehabilitated drug abusers to reintegrate into society and enabling rehabilitated drug abusers to contribute to the anti-drug movement through the use of creative arts. Project elements include ambassador training on creative arts for rehabilitated drug abusers and community services to promote positive living by trained ambassadors.
Leave Cannabis, Leave Troubles

This project aims at raising anti-drug awareness and knowledge on the harms of cannabis and consequences of drug trafficking among high-risk individuals including ethnic minority communities and cannabis abusers who are connected to Hip Hop culture. Project elements include physical outreaching services in Yau Tsim Mong district and skateboard parks in various districts, anti-drug prevention education and Hip Hop group activities with various therapeutic and counselling interventions (e.g. arts therapy, music therapy and dance therapy), psychiatry consultations and body check-up, filming and production of short videos with Hip Hop icons, distribution of anti-drug stickers to community stakeholders to disseminate anti-drug messages, sports related aftercare services and project-end experience sharing session.

This project aims at promoting young people’s positive thinking and anti-drug attitude through sports. Project elements include sports training for students with special education needs (SEN), production of video and online live dialogue activity with sports athletes and medical experts for general public.

This project aims at strengthening the vocational skills, social competence and sense of self-efficacy among drug rehabilitees of Wu Oi Christian Tai Mei Tuk Female Training Centre. Project elements include dessert making cum baking skills training, basic training for personal care workers, and basic training on computer skills for drug rehabilitees and aftercare groups for rehabilitated drug abusers.

This project aims at providing various rehabilitation and treatment programs and counselling services to facilitate female drug rehabilitee’s reintegration into society. Project elements include interest class and vocational training courses, individual counselling and emotional management groups, outdoor training activities, family relationship enrichment activities for rehabilitees and their family members, aftercare support group, workshops on nutrition and healthy lifestyle, career counselling and job referral.
Hospital-Social Multidisciplinary Collaboration Service for Dual-Diagnosed Patients (HSMC)

This project aims at providing multi-disciplinary case management service for substance abusers who need psychiatric inpatient or outpatient services. Project elements include face-to-face interviews and teleconsultations for substance abusers, carer support for carers of substance abusers and referral of substance abusers and carers to community drug treatment services for further support or treatment.
Innovative Medical Intervention for Drug Abusers by Using TMS

This project aims at strengthening the medical intervention for drug abusers by adopting an innovative technology – transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), to control cravings and motivate drug abusers who have already been diagnosed with severe mental illness to abstain from drugs. Project elements include preparation sessions for nursing assessment, TMS treatment sessions for drug abusers, weekly TMS treatment progress review, outcome assessment for treatment evaluation after TMS treatment and sharing sessions to community anti-drug stakeholders on project experience.
Peer Counsellor Advance Course

This project aims at upgrading the ability of currently and previously employed peer counsellors to assist other drug abusers. The project equips graduates of peer counsellor foundation courses with knowledge and skills to provide services to drug abusers. Project elements include 24-hour advanced training programme for peer counsellors, sharing of stories with anti-drug elements by peer counsellors and publication of a counselling manual with on-line version.
