To organise an anti-drug short video competition open to secondary and primary school students, with the support of JPC divisions in schools. An educational video will also be produced by the Police for distribution to schools and libraries.

To organise anti-drug activities in various police districts on designated anti-drugs days during Christmas, Easter and summer break in view of the high risk of youth coming into contact with drugs at discos, bars and karaokes during long holidays.
Student Leadership Training - Anti Drug Ambassadors

Leader students will be trained in the core and extended curricula of the school to convey the anti-drug and mental health message to junior students and parents. Programmes will include seminars, training camp, cake courses, visits and community services.

Students will be trained as ambassadors to disseminate the anti-drug message to primary school students in the district through seminars, and distribute anti-drug publicity materials at the cross-border checkpoint to Shenzhen. A game website with drug knowledge would also be set up.

To arouse secondary school students' awareness of the drug abuse problem through a forum attended by professionals, celebrities, top athletes, and rehabilitated drug abusers, etc. Students will be recruited as anti-drug ambassadors to influence their peers against drugs, and outstanding ambassadors will be elected to receive leadership training.
